    Impacted teeth can be caused by genetic factors, insufficient space due to a narrow jaw, blockage from neighboring teeth shifting, or unresolved infections in baby teeth causing

    Removal helps prevent cysts and tumors, supports proper tooth alignment, and reduces the risk of tooth loss caused by impacted teeth.

    Pressure on surrounding bone during surgery may cause bruising, pain, and swelling post-operation. These effects can be minimized by taking prescribed medications regularly and applying ice packs.

    • Eat on the opposite side for the first 24 hours
    • Avoid eating or drinking for 2 hours immediately after surgery
    • Consume soft foods afterward
    • Avoid smoking and alcohol for 24 hours
    • Apply external ice packs for 24 hours to reduce swelling
    • Do not remove stitches before day seven
    • Avoid blood thinners until the wound fully heals
