20 Year Old Tooth Extraction
The wisdom teeth are the third molars at the very back of the jaw. They are the last permanent teeth to erupt in the mouth. It occurs between the ages of 17 and 25. Some people may not grow at all. When wisdom teeth are properly aligned in the mouth, there is no problem. But they often do not drive exactly and are misaligned. This can cause pain and infection. In such cases, wisdom teeth should be extracted.

They are more difficult to maintain because they are located at the back. They rot easily due to inadequate care, in which case they have to be pulled out. In cases where they cannot be completely removed due to space constriction, they can cause infection and should be removed. When there is a stenosis in the jaw, they can compress the teeth in the front when they erupt and cause crowding.
If wisdom teeth need to be removed, it is better to remove them as young as possible. It is easier to remove because the tooth roots are not fully developed and the surrounding bone tissue is soft. At older ages, it is both more difficult to withdraw and takes longer to heal.
It is applied after standard tooth extraction in normally extracted wisdom teeth. Extraction of impacted teeth involves a surgical procedure and takes a little longer to heal.
