What are the advantages of zirconium coating?

Since it has the feature of light transmittance, it provides a natural tooth appearance, does not damage the gum, has high resistance to corrosion and abrasion, is difficult to break or crack, does not contain metal.

In which cases is zirconium coating preferred?

In anterior group implant prostheses, in old fillings and prostheses with deteriorated color and structure, as a coating in back group teeth, to close the gaps between the teeth in cases where orthodontic treatment is not preferred, in cases where there is advanced coloration.

How is zirconium coating done?

Under anesthesia, the teeth are reduced by the appropriate amount. When the gum is healthy, measurements are taken from the mouth. Color selection is made. Porcelain teeth with zirconium substructure are made in laboratory environment. In the clinical environment, conditions such as gingival alignment and height are checked. If there are no problems, it is applied to the tooth with special adhesives.
