The determined procedures are in general; tooth whitening, gingival aesthetics called gingivectomy, implant and prosthesis if tooth loss, porcelain laminates and orthodontic treatments.
In smile design, firstly, the patient's mouth is measured and modeled. Problems are detected through the model. The patient's intraoral and facial photographs are taken and made digital in the computer environment and adapted to the face shape. After the treatment, it is determined how the patient will look. After the planning is completed, if there is no crowding that requires orthodontic treatment, gum treatment is started. If there are tooth deficiencies, they are treated with implants and prostheses. If necessary, teeth whitening is performed, laminate and zirconium coating is applied.
Patient satisfaction should be given importance during the treatment process. The situations in which the patient is uncomfortable in the tooth structure and smile should be learned and treatments should be applied to eliminate them.
