Bichectomy operation can be performed on anyone over the age of 25 with a round face of normal weight. Before the age of 25, facial features and cheek shape may change, but at the age of 25, facial features are established. For this reason, it is recommended for people older than 25 years.
It is important that the patient is hungry before the operation. Local anesthesia is applied to the patient. An incision of approximately 1 cm is made on the inside of the cheek. The intra-cheek fat tissue is reached and removed from the inside of the cheek. Do the same on both cheeks. The symmetry is checked and closed by suturing.
